About our pricing

To help you start using Unicorn Springs without any up-front fees, we charge only a per-transaction fee for the services we provide. A per-transaction payment processing fee varies by payment method. As your business grows, you can subscribe to the business-addon for revenue-enhancing features, and to the enterprise add-on for the most advanced features and international commerce.

What is the customer portal?

The customer portal is where your customers can review their past orders, make changes to an order before it ships, cancel an order or request a refund, ask for support, pay invoices, and more. We are continuously improving the customer portal, and there is no additional charge when we add features to it.

How do refunds work?

The transaction fee is non-refundable so when you refund a customer, your available balance for withdrawal is reduced by the full amount of the transaction. If your available balance doesn't cover the amount of the refund, the amount can be automatically debited from your bank account.

When you purchase the enterprise add-on with the 100% uptime service-level agreement (SLA), we guarantee that Unicorn Springs will be available 100% of the time for customers to make a purchase and ask for customer support. When a qualifying service interruption occurs, you get a credit equal to one free month!

What is a qualifying service interruption? Essentially it's anything that is our fault. If there's a natural disaster, a denial of service attack on our network, or other network disruption outside of our control such as at the payment processor, we will not be able to issue a credit for that event.
